  1. We Listen to Your Needs
    Understanding the true needs and desires of a client is essential to the success of a search. We will identify the qualifications required of the ideal candidate, the level of experience you would like to see, and determine what it will take to bring in a successful staff member. This information is used to develop a detailed specification that will guide us through the entire search.
  2. You Delegate the Searching/Recruiting to Us
    Largent & Associates has built a broad network to connect you with elite candidates. We refer to our vast database of candidates and sources, conduct extensive research and use our industry knowledge to quickly produce a pool of qualified candidates.
  3. We Screen for a Match
    During the screening process, we carefully consider the candidates’ respective backgrounds, education, experience and accomplishments. We also pay close attention to each candidate’s personality, communication skills and ability to work in dynamic team environments.
  4. We Present a "Real" Short List
    A candidate packet typically contains a resume, a questionnaire, assessment results and our notes. Our clients tell us when they receive a packet from Largent & Associates they already know the candidate is one who can do the job. Your task, therefore, is selecting the best candidate from the slate submitted.
  5. You Verify the Fit
    We schedule convenient times for you to phone interview and/or meet with the top candidates. As this is a crucial step in the search process, we assure that each party is well informed about the other.
  6. A Successful Placement
    After the finalist candidate is chosen, we are available to assist you in any way to bring closure to the process. We can present and assist in negotiating packages plus resolving outstanding issues to make the transition a seamless one.
